MINI ONLINE CONSULTATION

Miss Jackson offers a 20-minute online consultation to talk about your needs and help you decide whether you would like to proceed with surgery.

  • These appointments are a conversation and you will not be examined.
  • If you decide to proceed to meet Miss Jackson the fee will be put towards the cost of a face-to-face consultation meaning you won’t lose any money.
  • Cost: £75.00

FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION

Miss Jackson offers 60-minute face-to-face new patient consultations at her clinic

  • These consultations will include a detailed history of the issue you would like to address, your medical and surgical history, and an examination of the relevant area(s).
  • A chaperone is available and Miss Jackson will routinely have the chaperone for your examination.
  • After the examination is complete Miss Jackson will talk to you about the options as well as the advantages and limitations of any intervention or procedure.
  • Miss Jackson takes a holistic view of patient concerns and considers all the potential ways to support her patients on this journey. This may include referral to other healthcare professionals and if she feels this is appropriate she will explain this to you.
  • You will receive a letter detailing the consultation and any proposed surgery so if there is anything you feel is not accurate or information you forgot to add you can drop an email to update your records. This correspondence will also form part of the decision-making process and consent process if you decide to proceed with surgery.
  • Cost: £200.00

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

After your first face-to-face consultation if you decide to proceed with surgery, you will be offered a second consultation to review the plan and have any additional questions answered. There is no charge for this consultation.

  • Post-surgical follow ups are included in the cost of the surgery package so there is no additional charge.
  • If you would like a follow up more than 1 year after the date of your surgery, there will be a £150 charge for this consultation.
  • After non-surgical interventions such as anti-wrinkle injections one follow-up is included after 2 weeks to check the effects and administer any top-ups required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make an appointment to see Miss Philippa C. Jackson this time is set aside exclusively for you in order to deliver high quality care and a productive consultation. Whilst we fully understand circumstances can change and cancellations are necessary, we ask that as much notice as possible is given.

If you need to rearrange the appointment you have booked this can be done online or via email, thereby allowing us to utilise the time for another client. We ask that you give as much notice as possible and you can reschedule your appointment at any time, without penalty or administration fees, provided at least 1 full working day’s notice is given.

In the event that you cancel within 1 working day of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
